How we operate


Meeting objectives

The CVPA Board meet on a quarterly basis and the objectives of each meeting include:

  • The model for members of best practice for the industry, covering:

    1. the security of funds of stakeholders 

    2. the application of data protection 

    3. the principles and appropriate standards of service levels 

  • The definition, operation and enforcement of the complaints procedure for members of the public using the services provided by members 

  • The resources to buyers of childcare vouchers regarding the best practice and standards members of the public which should be expected of it's members 

  • Strategy to communicate a single voice for the industry to stakeholders and government
