Governance
The CVPA Board meet on a quarterly basis and the objectives of each meeting include:
- The model for members of best practice for the industry, covering:
- the security of funds of stakeholders
- the application of data protection
- the principles and appropriate standards of service levels
- The definition, operation and enforcement of the complaints procedure for members of the public using the services provided by members
- The resources to buyers of childcare vouchers regarding the best practice and standards members of the public which should be expected of it's members
- Strategy to communicate a single voice for the industry to stakeholders and government
